Abiraterone

Abiraterone is a drug used in castration-resistant prostate cancer (formerly hormone-resistant or hormone-refractory prostate cancer) — i.e., prostate cancer not responding to androgen deprivation or treatment with antiandrogens. It is formulated as the prodrug abiraterone acetate.
